I help operators clean up fragile WordPress and PHP stacks, connect the SaaS tools that should already talk to each other, and put a clear weekly cadence around technical work. The goal is simple: fewer dropped balls, fewer mystery outages, and more of your marketing and sales effort actually converting.
How I work
You work with one person who can diagnose, decide, and deliver. That means strategy and implementation in the same retainer — not a slide deck handed to a rotating cast of builders. Engagements usually include a planning rhythm, a shared source of truth for milestones, and direct access when something is on fire.
AI as operating leverage
I am intentionally a one-person practice. Operational AI (including Juno) helps with daily dockets, triage, and keeping promises from slipping in email or project boards. It does not contact clients on its own, and nothing client-facing goes out without my review. The point is not “AI services” as a SKU — it is protecting expertise and response time so clients get judgment, not inbox lag.
